Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Crystal Hatch website (crystal-hatch.com) or enrolling in our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Crystal Hatch provides financial education programmes for children, teenagers, and adults across Birmingham. Our services include group courses, workshops, and individual coaching sessions.
Enrollment and Payment
Programme Enrollment
When you enroll in a programme, you enter into a contract with Crystal Hatch. By submitting an enrollment form, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You have authority to enroll (or parental authority for minors)
- You agree to pay the stated programme fee
Payment Terms
Programme fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
Pricing
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices, but changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Your Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your enrollment within 14 days of payment (cooling-off period) for a full refund, provided the programme has not yet commenced.
After the cooling-off period:
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of the first session: no refund
- Cancellations after the first session has occurred: no refund
Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Programme Attendance
Regular attendance is important for programme effectiveness. If you miss sessions:
- Missed sessions cannot be refunded
- We will provide session materials where possible
- We cannot guarantee catch-up sessions
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
- Arrive on time for sessions
- Participate constructively
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information
- Not disrupt sessions or engage in inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content provided in our programmes, including materials, worksheets, presentations, and resources, is the intellectual property of Crystal Hatch and is protected by copyright law.
You may use these materials for personal educational purposes but may not:
- Reproduce or distribute materials commercially
- Modify materials and present them as your own
- Share materials publicly or with non-participants
Website Use
Acceptable Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Introduce malicious software
- Scrape or collect data through automated means
